About Us

In the heart of Morris County, in a shallow valley, touched by the early morning shadow of a quaint village named Mount Tabor stands Trainers Edge. Trainers Edge for the past ten years has been a little known facility that has endured both time and weather, and recession and success.

On any given morning at Trainers Edge the day starts at 5:45 a.m. Typically Jennifer and Rich arrive first. By six the coffee is on and the clients of many backgrounds start to arrive for the days appointments. Today, as on any day at Trainers Edge, you might find businessmen and mothers, doctors and retirees, all preparing for their workouts – all trying to expand their respective wellness and extend their quality of life.

The part that can’t be seen in any advertisement or on any website is the friendship and support that becomes part of the experience of training alongside a diverse group of new people, while still keeping ties and bonds with those familiar faces. You will see, Jennifer stretching Holly, Rich working with Susan, “Doc” and Dan will be chatting over the economic news and Art and Jim discuss their mutual business associates as they head to their respective showers.

At about nine Laura checks in after seeing her children off to school which helps bring the day into full swing. The crowd might change from the discussion of business and policy to food preparation and some of the finer things in life. While Laura tends to Annie she may learn about a great tea or some other healthy hint, and Jennifer explains a nutritious crock pot recipe to anyone who listens.

It doesn’t matter the day of the week or the time of the day something is being discussed, debated or solved at Trainers Edge – someone is learning something new or something unique.

We, the staff of Trainers Edge, invite you to join us – come laugh, come workout, come be well!
